Privacy policy

This policy explains what brandwala collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are Kishan and Shikha, and brandwala is our business. Questions about your data go to heybrandwala@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, business name, email, WhatsApp number, delivery address and, if you add it, your GSTIN. We need these to print, deliver and invoice your order.
  • Your artwork: files you upload for an order or a quote. They are stored privately, seen only by us and our print partners, and used only to make your order.
  • Your account: if you create one, your login email and password (stored encrypted), your saved addresses and order history.
  • Quote requests and messages: what you tell us in the bulk quote form, including any files you attach.
  • Newsletter: your email, if you join from the footer. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay; we never see or store them. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to what they process.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that keep your cart and login working. It also records which page or campaign brought you to us (for example a search engine or an ad), so we know what works. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees your data

Only the people and services needed to run your order: our print and packing partners, the courier who delivers your parcel, Razorpay for payment, and our website host. They may only use it for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. Artwork is kept so you can reorder the same design; ask us and we will delete it. Quote requests we don’t turn into orders are deleted after a year.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for the newsletter, by emailing heybrandwala@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Some records, such as tax invoices, have to be kept by law even after you ask.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
